The return process was a real hassle (way more complicated than it needed to be), and the refund took forever to come through. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

I tried YuMOVE for my older dog’s joint pain for a little over a month. There were maybe a few days where he seemed slightly less stiff, but not much changed. He still limps after walks and you can tell he’s sore. I was really hoping for better pain relief, especially for the price. When I asked about it, I also felt like my concerns were kind of brushed off and explained to me like I didn’t know my own dog, which was frustrating.

I’ve tried a few similar products before, and this one did seem to help a bit with walks. My mobility feels slightly better, nothing dramatic, but enough that I noticed a difference compared to some others that didn’t seem to do much.

The product was fine. Nothing really wrong with it. But the subscription side of things... a headache. I just wanted to change my delivery date, and somehow that turned into clicking around the account page forever, not really knowing where I was supposed to go.
Then another order got sent before I managed to pause it. Not ideal. Customer service did get back to me, so that's something, but it took a while and the whole thing felt like too much effort for what should have been a simple change

I didn’t expect much, but these are actually really easy to give every day. My dog doesn’t make a fuss at all— I just mix them into his food and he eats it like it’s the best thing ever. Nice when something this simple manages to do the job.

It worked okay for my spaniel, but it didn’t do much at all for my bulldog. The dose advice felt kinda too general, like all breeds are the same, which they’re not. I was expecting a bit more help figuring out what would be best for each dog.
